I keep a pitcher of strawberry water in the fridge and place a few strawberries in the kids sippy cups and my reusable water bottle. Try it and see if you don't find yourself drinking more water.

No a fan of water?
We've all heard that we should drink more water, but what if you don't love plain ol' water? I recently found this post Strawberry water. We've tried this and it's increased our water intake significantly. You could flavor it with any fruit that you enjoy. While berries are in season we use fresh one, in the summer we use frozen berries, they act as colorful and tasty "ice cubes".
